Interface is grey, all the features have no reaction, but it is WiFi connected

I can't access pc website, ios or android app since the latest version, unless I set up an VPN.
I understand there is stupid internet control in China, however, this app used not be impacted before.

In China, the file "https://api.windy.com/assets/map-forecast/libBoot.js" for accessing Windy cannot be accessed. Without using a VPN, it is still possible to use it normally on December 29th.
