Radar widget vectors

The radar widget vectors don't point to the direction to the precipitation movement, not even close. Off by 45-90 degrees.
Earlier today (1-3-2026), SE US, precip was moving due east and the vectors showed north. Now (7:30pm ET) in mid-atlantic US, precip is moving SE and the vectors showing N-NE

@suty The flow vectors of the Radar widget must be checked and modified.
