discrepency between 3 hr and 1 hr forecasts

After renewing Premium recently the display always defaults to 3 hours. In order to get 1 hr I have to change it every time I open the app.There is a big discrepancy between the 1 hr and 3 hr forecasts. Today for example it shows rain all day in the 3 hr forecast and no rain from 9am to 2pm in the 1 hr. with sun and cloud in the 1 hr! I tried to screenshot and attach but it only asks for a url.t
