Cannot change payment information

I need to change the credit card that my Windy payment is set up on and when I click "Manage Subscriptions' it tells me that an email will be sent but email never arrives. The email address on my account is correct.

@dgolding Your email in your Windy account can be a correct one, but the truth is that you used a different email in the past for the purchase. More specifically: ***d@wsr.com.
