Request for Refund

Hello Windy Team,
I would like to kindly request a refund for my Windy Premium subscription.
After subscribing, I realized that the product does not meet my expectations or requirements. I was specifically looking for access to historical climate data, such as wind speed and wave height, based on the description of Radar and Satellite archives going back 1 year. However, the available data does not provide the level of historical climate information I need, and therefore the Premium features do not serve a useful purpose for me at this time.
I appreciate the work put into the platform and understand that it may be very useful for other users, but unfortunately it does not align with my current needs.
Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your assistance regarding the refund.
