New weather station in north Finland

Hi

There is new official weather station near Savukoski called Tulppio.
This is often the coldest place in Finland. Already couple of times below -40°C this year.

@Laarzmo Hello, I found one station in Savukoski, but stations can be added only by owners usually, so we cannot handle this.
