Windy app alert push notification

Hi there! Is it okay to recieve less amount of the push alert notifications than supposed(in the app there are more blue bells active), and only once a day? ;)

My setup: Android 14, non- premium account, ECMWF model for alerts, one condition and different but close to each other locations per alert, no optimization- phone doesn't "kill" the app
