i bought Windy premium subscription on 13th jan 2026 and still unable to use services. Paddle send me invoice. how many days will it take.

@Suty not working . from desktop its not logging in. i cant manually restore by adding order reference. on account.windy it logged in but not allowing me to connect with my google account. on android app it is logged in but when i click to restore it say there is no purchase against this account.

@Affan-Khan-3 Hello, since you purchased the Premium on the destkop via Paddle, you need to handle that restoring process also on the desktop in our web app. Did you try it?
However, if you tried this, please share more info and some screenshots describing the issue at support@windy.com, where we can assist you more effectively.
