Web purchase but not activating

I brought the premium on the 13th of jan, but still i am unable to access the features on the website, it keeps telling me I need to log in to view them, but once i follow the instructions, it gives me the same message saying I need to log in again, and this goes in circles. im not sure if i was logged in when i brough it or not.

@idefix37 Thank you for your reply i have followed this topic fully when on my P,C opening this in Google Chrome and I get the same screen. Please see the attached picture https://prnt.sc/N_mNf1yHTi6B. Each time I press log in i come straight back to this pop-up.
