I have tried multiple setting from one threshold, turning them off and on. I get no emails no app notifications. Make it work! Also I cannot hit submit on my iPhone with this resolution.

Have you set a single condition (wind or temperature or rain) per alert, or multiple conditions (wind and temperature and rain)?
Could you provide us with a screenshot of one of your alert settings?
