Weather Radar vs Reality

The radar says it's raining, but I have a security camera at the exact location and it shows no rain. Why does this happen?

@mbmpc It is difficult to say with this. You are right that these data means precipitation, but in general, they are not that much significant to clearly confirm that this should be the rain.
