ok so should i take this up with paypal and try and get a refund. and how do i stop the subscription from taking another payment when its due

@Tao37 I would like to help you, but I need the email from your end. If you are charged via Google Play, you should be able to see the subscription in your Google Play account.

@Tao37 Hi, you mentioned you purchased our Premium via Google Play. To purchase anything on Google Play, you need to use certain email address in the account there. I need this email from you, so I can find the purchase.

all i did was follow the instructions from windy site after clicking on the offer. there was no email just redirection to pay pal. I am not going to worry anymore about it , just been a waste of money

@Tao37 Hello, I found your purchase finally after some research on our end. I decided to refund the purchase for you, since you were not able to use it and few months were already gone. If you decide to purchase a new one and we would appreciate it, please do that in your logged account, so the Premium is assigned immediately and automatically.
