How to change the colour fade after 5 days

Hi
I want to change back to how the colour doesn’t fade after 5 days…. So now after 5 or so days the colour fades to B&W I want to stop this. Can this be done in settings? We’re finding it hard to see after 5 days… we’re having to use other apps to see beyond 5 days… I understand it’s hit & miss but please allow a setting to revert back please. -
