@blaeze Where are you seeing that format?
I can see you are assuming that 03 06 09 is the date (03-06-09) but even if 12 03 06 09 was a time:
12:03:06.09 AM in 12 hour format would be 00:03:06.09 in 24 hour format
12:03:06.09 PM in 12 hour format would be 12:03:06.09 in 24 hour format
You only add 12 to the hours if it is PM, and remove the AM/PM designation.
Minutes and seconds do not change.
