Radar Shadow off SW Cyprus

Hi. I have waited several days and several rain cycles to post this until I was sure. But there definitely is a radar reflection or shadow off the SW coast of Cyprus.
This runs in this image from Paphos to Pissouri. You can see something is perhaps wrong as this does not move while weather here always moves from west to east. Could this be a satelitte issue?
I have attacked a radar image from Ventusky for comparison. Yes it is raining today.

Here's today's weather. That was from one month ago. It is not raining. Here are three separate radar systems.

I see that. Thanks. It looks like they said they changed the elevation and it fixed the problem. But it's back again. How do I bring to the attention of Windy Staff? bye.
