It's available here - https://www.meteoblue.com/en/historyplus. However, the service is paid. Even a single run of ECMWF is quite large (in the terabyte range). Due to that, storing historical data gets very expensive, very fast.

Weather statistics are based on recorded data by weather stations. They are not based on forecast data. Windy allows you to visualize weather forecasts from various models, so Windy is not the appropriate mean for providing real historical data.

Access to historical statistics and data from previous dates would be extremely useful for analysis, comparisons, and tracking long-term trends. It's now 2026, and many users are still waiting for this functionality. Hopefully the developers can provide an update on whether past-date statistics are planned or currently being worked on.
