premium account email transfer

Hello all
Recently, my mother attempted to gift me a subscription. She is not very good with technology though, and she accidentally subscribed using her own e-mail adress instead of mine. Is there anyway to transfer the subscription from her e-mail/account to mine?

@niels-carlier Hello, we can basically change all login details in her account to yours, but manually switch of the Premium is not possible. Please let me know if this is okay for you.

@Suty Hello, sorry for the late reply and thank you for yours. Can you also change the e-mail adress? If yes than you can change everything if you want, and I can provide you with the login details of my Mom's account

You just need to click here
But on a phone, you have to click first on your ‘photo’.

@idefix37 hello, thanks for the help. When I click that icon it tells me no active chats. I then try to create a chatroom but when i start typing to add users It gives me 'error 403' in the lower right corner.
