Merhaba hem rüzgar alarmım hem de dalga alarmı kurduğum zaman ikisi örtüştüğü zaman alarm vermiyor ya rüzgârı seçmem gerekiyor ya dalgayı ben istiyorum ki iki alarmım da

If you set 2 conditions (wind and waves) in the same alert, they should be triggered when both conditions are met at same time.
To test it you could set low wind and waves values. If it works then you can adjust the values as you like.

All the Alert are not “ringing”. But you can check them by the blue bell and the red lines in the Alert menu.
In this example I have set 2 independent alerts.
Also note that Waves alert is in fact concerning the swell.

@idefix37 I want the system to give an alarm, for example, when the wind is blowing from the southeast and the wave direction is also northeast. It usually doesn't work that way; the system generally bases its alarm on the wind direction.

You want to set an alert for SW wind blowing TOWARD NE and “waves direction is also northeast”.
Do mean waves FROM or TOWARD NE ?For a test I have set an alert for wind AND waves (which are in fact the swell).
You see that the alert work ! See the red lines.
When wind is over 11kt and swell more than 0.5m
So the combined alerts works.
It should be useful that you show some screenshots.

Could you add a setting for waves
Wind alone we know that it works -
@idefix37 I would like the system to report the direction of the waves at the same location, when the wind is blowing from northeast to southwest and the wind speed is between 0-5 m/s, and the wave direction is from northwest to southwest with a height of 0-1 m!

OK, so you should have an alert (red lines) for each hours and days as your settings start from 0 both for swell and for wind -
@idefix37 That's very true, but unfortunately it's not possible. Perhaps Windy doesn't have this feature for us amateur fishermen; it would be great if it did.

Why do you say that? Alerts work also for non-Premium users, but for them the number of favorite locations / alerts are available in limited number (3 if I remember)
I guess for fishing you need no wind or a light wind and no swell or light swell. So you see when these 2 conditions are combined at same time.
So your setting is correct.
