Windy premium issue and help delay

Hi,
I recently purchased windy premium. I unknowingly made the purchase without being logged into my windy account. the purchase confirmation still went to the email address which the windy account is connected to, but when I log into windy, premium is not available. Also, the restore purchase function isn't fixing the problem, and I haven't heard back after lodging the issue with paddle. -

@Suty Great that sorted it out. Might be worth looking into prompting a login before allowing purchase.
