Unable to toggle to raw mode for metar/taf. Errors with pulling text wx for airfields.

I am no longer able to toggle to raw mode for metars/tafs. The button is there, but it doesn't work. Additionally when pulling wx for certain airfields, I continually get an unknown error and it freezes the entire website and my browser. Attached error is for LPLA.

@Suty This is exactly the same as what I ran into. I also posted about it—just turn off “Show UTC time” in Settings and it’ll be fine. It used to happen only on the website, but now it’s spread to the app too.

@kerryeva Yes, this issue with the UTC crash should be fixed in our latest release of apps.
