      I'm having trouble with the payment connection.
      When I initiate payment for my subscription by card, it won't let me pay, even though my bank confirms it.

        @lorenzodp78 Hello, what device did you use to handle the payment? We use various platform for the purchase (Paddle, AppStore and Google Play).
