      I was charged twice for Windy Premium. One in September by Paddle (ID: txn_01k8pzat6kbdypyjv6pjbtpjj0) and another in February. Please refund the duplicate payment.

        @uyda Hello, your account is assigned to the purchase from Fastspring, which was renewed this February, so we would be able to refund it.

        The second payment from Paddle is not assigned to any account, however, it is purchase in October 2025, so we are not able to refund this. We can only cancel the renewal.

          @Suty Hello,In that case, please refund the purchase that was renewed in February via FastSpring.
          Going forward, I would like to renew annually in October via Paddle, so please do not charge me in February via FastSpring.

            @uyda Okay, the Fastspring payment is cancelled and refunded. So you only need to assign the Paddle Premium with your account, more info about it here.
