.... I also want to mention that the station is a Davis vantage Pro. These are semi-professional stations and are quite accurate.

Agree.
It seems the station provides the indoor temperature
instead of outside temp.

This weather station is a personal weather station with the madis label.
Only the owner can remove or set properly this station. Apparently Windy can’t do that.
