Doesn't seem to go below 20C at all.

This weather station is a personal weather station with the madis label.
Only the owner can remove or set properly this station. Apparently Windy can’t do that. -

Agree.
It seems the station provides the indoor temperature
instead of outside temp. -
... but it is strange that the same station in WU
gives normal measurements

.... I also want to mention that the station is a Davis vantage Pro. These are semi-professional stations and are quite accurate.
Maybe Windy must investigate it.
