Satellite overlay not showing when switching back – re-init wipes custom layers

Hello,
We use the Map Forecast API in a SPA. When we have the picker opened, and switch back to the Satellite overlay after another overlay, the satellite value (temperature) in the picker often doesn’t show.store.set('overlay', 'satellite') (with forceChange / redrawLayers) doesn’t fix it reliably.
We use the topic 6503 workaround (save/restore window.W, clear container, call windyInit again). Satellite then displays, but the map is recreated and we lose all custom layers (markers, routes).
Do you plan on fixing this issue ? Or could you provide an official way to switch to satellite without re-init, or document a supported way to re-init so we don’t rely on the copy_of_W hack?

@b.rochut Hello and thank you for reporting this issue. After a discussion with colleagues, it seems to be a bug on our end and it will be fixed with the update of API library on our side.
