I’d like to cancel my monthly subscription and kindly request a refund.<br />
Unfortunately, I’ve found the service a bit difficult to navigate and some of the features feel outdated for my needs. It’s just not the right fit for me at this time.<br />
Could you please process the cancellation and refund at your earliest convenience? I’d appreciate a confirmation once it’s done.<br />

<p dir="auto">We apologize, but we are unable to refund your App Store purchase. Apple doesn't allow us to manage purchases made on their platform. You will need to request a refund directly from Apple, as they are the provider of the purchase process.</p>

Are you sure that you have a subscription<br />
in <a href="http://windy.com" rel="nofollow ugc">windy.com</a> with the red logo?<br />
It sounds strange that you have a monthly subscription.<br />
As far as I know,  windy provides only annual subscription.</p>
