Request to Cancel and Refund Monthly Subscription

Hi Windy Support,
I’d like to cancel my monthly subscription and kindly request a refund.
Unfortunately, I’ve found the service a bit difficult to navigate and some of the features feel outdated for my needs. It’s just not the right fit for me at this time.
Could you please process the cancellation and refund at your earliest convenience? I’d appreciate a confirmation once it’s done.

Are you sure that you have a subscription
in windy.com with the red logo?
It sounds strange that you have a monthly subscription.
As far as I know, windy provides only annual subscription. -
Hi i just checked and its yearly.. either way I would like to refund it but with the possibility to re purchase it when I have someone who can teachb me how to use it in person

We apologize, but we are unable to refund your App Store purchase. Apple doesn't allow us to manage purchases made on their platform. You will need to request a refund directly from Apple, as they are the provider of the purchase process.
