I changed my phone and can't use windy premium (nor the apps itself) anymore

My prev phone unfortunately drowned and I changed my phone but windy app is not working I bought the yearly sub on my other phone. In google play it shows that i have subscription for the app but i cant reach it through the app

@Mehmet-Çelik-17 Hello there, our Premium is standardly assigned to the account, so the new phone shouldn't have any effect on this.
I found your subscription on the end of Google Play and your Premium is assigned to an account under email address me*****0@hotmail.com, so you need to access this one to get your Premium.

@Suty is there any chance for you to tell me what that hotmail is? When I lost the previous phone I also lost my ability to access that mail adress fully. Or is there a way to transfer the premium subscripton to the adress I am using now?
