hey, are these image alerts correct or how do I make it blue so it's active then?

I don't speak Finnish, but I understand that you have set several conditions for each alert.
This means that to receive an alert the cloud conditions AND the wind conditions AND the temperature conditions are all met simultaneously—which is practically never! With your settings there is no way to get the blue bell.

Set several independent alerts at same location.
