Draw Circle around POI

I would like to be able to draw a 8km circle around a POI/My Location for better Situational Awareness when reading the map. Additionally if you could also add alerts to the circle for lightning events within the circle that would be perfect.

Windy has been the best app by far at showing me realtime weather but sometimes would be useful to have this feature.
