Could be possible to combine in one view : évolution of warm/cold/occlusion - fronts and thalwegs … with wind direction / barometer pressure / cloud heights ?

No, so far, it's not possible because current weather models cannot plot weather fronts. That task falls to meteorologists.
The other elements are displayed in Windy, but not on the same page. -

😁 Idéfix was the name of my sailboat ⛵️I guess Meteo Consult developed some crazy algorithms.
