Moving forecast location

I feel like many versions ago, while in the forecast detailed view (e.g clicking forecast for this point button), it was still possible to move the forecast point.
I think it would be great if, while in a forecast, by default the "plus sign" was still active to allow me to fine tune the forecast location. What's the point of being able to move the map around if the forecast doesn't update?
Right now (on android at least) you have to click "x" to leave the forecast to go back to the picker. Then click the forecast button again

@Jon-Bain Hello, you can still use the movement of the cross marker to change or adjust the location and the forecast detail. Please turn this switch on to get to this option:
