Unable to access Premium features after App store purchase.

I subscribed through the app on my iphone but do not get the premium features. I have logged out and logged in again on the app, tried logging in on a web browser and linking apple account to windy account, but still no access. There also seems to be no easy access to a help number/email or 'contact us' which is very frustrating as a user.

Hey, I actually ran into something similar before. When you subscribe through the iPhone app, the Premium access is tied to the Apple ID you used for the purchase — but it still needs to be properly linked to your Windy account inside the app.
What worked for me was going to Menu → My Account → Restore Purchases in the app. After tapping restore, it synced my subscription and the Premium features showed up almost immediately. Also make sure you’re logged into the exact same Windy account you originally used (email/Facebook/Apple login can sometimes create separate accounts without you realizing it).
If that doesn’t fix it, you can contact them through the Windy website under Support — I didn’t see a phone number either, but they do respond to tickets. It’s frustrating for sure, but usually it’s just a syncing issue between Apple and the Windy account.

@idefix37 I have tried linking my apple account with my windy account from a web-browser but it does not connect. I have tried deleting and reloading the app on my iPhone but still no access to premium subscription.
