Since Update, Our Graphics have slowed to a crawl

Since the update, the graphics on our computers have slowed to a crawl. I asked our Network administrator about this and this was his response. He asked for us to paste this response:

Our browsing configuration is managed by our Network Administrator.

We were able to retrieve the following error:
