<![CDATA[Hurricane IRMA, buoy ONGA]]>In the area affected by hurricane IRMA, seems to be a buoy named ONGA that reports wind speed only 2kts.

That seems to be a wrong report.(too low).
With further examination I discovered that ONGA is the call sign of a ship (bulk carrier) named MINERAL NINGBO that is located far away from this position.

I think you must exclude it.

Where it goes after that I unknown.
