Crossing 180° Meridian Issues
-
Hello dear community,
I recently reported two issues and would like to post a similar thread here for better tracking and visibility. If you feel this is redundant, please feel free to remove this post.

When a route crosses the Pacific Ocean from east to west (or vice versa), and waypoints cross the 180° longitude line, the route may reverse direction — appearing to cross America, Europe, and Asia before continuing from the opposite side.
-
When planning a route that crosses the Pacific Ocean and the 180° meridian, the course may disappear when panning or rotating the map view.
Attachments are included for your reference.

Thank you very much for your time.

Hi Capt’n,
I’m not able to trace your posts about the 180° meridian issue in Route planner. I just find 2 posts about tropical cyclones.Anyway, the problem of the antimeridian is well known and apparently cannot be solved.
See this post
And a workaround to keep using the Route planner feature. -
Thank you so much.
