1 Frame interpolation<br />
For videos, agencies often interpolate between scans.<br />
That means software generates extra intermediate frames between radar volumes.<br />
Result:<br />
smoother motion<br />
less “jumping” storm movement<br />
This is a standard visualization trick used in meteorological graphics.<br />
I know this is on windy in some way but not have veen heavy exploited<br />
2 and more of a personal suggestion<br />
More active or live weather alerts like rain or shower alerts using radar and hail alerts and much more like fog or heatwaves using temperature etc<br />
3 satellite image background in radar layer</p>
