They represent the cumulative mean daily temperature over a given period.

Mean daily temperature = (temp maximum - temp minimum) / 2
Generally, a base temperature is subtracted from this average temperature (a plant grows above this base temperature, not below. For example, the base temperature is 10°C for corn and 3°C for wheat).
It is usually calculated over the last months from reported maximum and minimum daily temperature.
But the forecast of cumulated degree day would be useful too. If not as a layer, at least as a plugin just at a location.
Note this parameter is also used in building heating.

Serait-il possible de la créer ? La raisonnement est le même que pour la pluviométrie et donc avoir une prévision des évolutions de température en degré jour serait utile pour les cultures.

Non malheureusement ce paramètre n’est pas disponible dans Windy. En général les degrés-jour sont établis d’après les relevés observés au niveau d’une station météo plutôt que d’après des prévisions.
