<![CDATA[outsourced plugin]]>Im not a developer or programmer but need a private plugin to overlay locations onto windy. is there a process or place to hire a builder for the plugin?

In Windy, locations can be saved as Favorites And then they appear on the map.

Or they can be added as GPX or KML files.

Furthermore I understand that the plugins in Windy are not personal plugins, unlike the solutions I mentioned.
