API Usage for Private App

I am looking to build an app for private usage, to check if weather conditions are favorable for a flight (Cessna/Ultralight) for my pilot friend. I stumbled upon the Windy API for this and thought it has some very useful parameters.
I saw that the testing version provides 500 requests per day but with randomly shuffled and slightly modified data. The 500 requests per day is absolutely fine for my use case, but what is meant with randomly shuffled? Is the data from the testing API completely useless for any real-world application?
Paying a $1000 for the data is unfortunately not feasible in our case. Is there no in between model for hobby/non-commercial applications?

@Rudy-Ailabouni I have the same question. I would like to use the API for my TRMNL weather plugin, but I am a little concerned about the data modification/shuffling. It would be nice to have some low-request plan for us, Premium app users, who already pay the Pro app fee.
