Hi, I'm doing a coursework project on navigation and sailing directions, and I need to obtain weather forecasts for February 18, 2026, covering the shipping route from Kortion Bay on Andros Island through the Kaferias Strait along the coast of Andros, Tinos, Rinia, and Dilos to Mykonos Island and Agia Ana Bay. Is it possible to view an archive of data such as wind strength and direction, as well as current strength and direction, for the locations I mentioned?

On 18th of February, a deep barometric low associated with a front, went across the area....
Wind gusts from ICON-EU wx. model (in km/hr)
were at a gale force....
