premium service cancellation request

Hi,
I have purchased your premium subscription and paid for it on 9/03/2026 (user id: krainajacka1, email: krainajacka1@gmail.com).
I have been using it for the last few days and have several issues on my old android device. My oldish OS has issues that make it impossible to use your app as a hiking aid (which was the reason for getting the premium service). As I am within the 14-day window, could I kindly request you to cancel the premium service and refund my payment.
Please let me know and kindly confirm.
