Refund request

I have tried several options through this forum to gain access to my premium subscription but I still cannot use the premium features and it just asks to resubscribe. Restore purchases does not work , neither does trying to link apple account with web login. Please either reset my account so i can gain access to the premium features or refund me the subscription. If i do not get a response then i will take it up with credit card company to process a claim as I have not received the services I have paid for.

@Dave-Winstone Hello, may I ask what platform you used to purchase the Premium. I will do my best to help you but I need further info.
To provide you the context, we are using 3 platforms (Paddle, Google Play and AppStore) and there is a bit different process with each of these, so I would be glad to know more info about your payment.
