Keep intensity color-map at higher zoom levels.

As I zoom into the width of the San Francisco Bay the view automatically switches from intensity colormap to a street map. I have absolutely no use for a street map, and would like to see the intensities at that higher zoom level.

You might think that with a higher zoom level you could see more detail on the forecast map. This is not the case, because with a maximum resolution of 3km the weather model provides "large pixel images" that do not allow you to see more detail (but you don’t see these “large pixels” because they are smoothed).
3km is with HRRR model. With the default model it is 9km. “Pixels” are larger.
