    Not getting my premium upgrade

      Hi, I paid through google play GPA.3301-2229-0388-59919 on 3/21/26 and can't seem to access the upgraded version. It might be because of my 2 emails account creating a problem. I am using gmail(w4flxfl@gmail.com. My other address is w4flx@outlook.com which I don't want it involved with windy. I did get some access on my cellphone but does't seem to make a lot of sense.(maps not functioning, radar no where to be found,etc) Help please, should I delete everything and start all over?

        Hi Frank,

        I wouldn’t delete everything yet—this is most likely just an account sync issue. If it continues, support can fix it quickly using your payment ID.

            I think I see the problem. Looks like the links downloaded a app (Pro Annual Windy.app-Enhanced forcast. This doesn't look like Premium upgrade I clicked on. Is this not the uipgrade for my PC?

              windy.app with the blue logo
              has nothing to do with windy.com (red logo).

                  So I have purchased an annual subscription for Windy through the Windy website. How long does it take to unlock my upgrade?

                    If you really subscribed to Premium, you need to check this post to link your subscription with your account.

                      I have already asked for a refund from google play earlier today. I Purchased new Windy annual subscription through Windy website.
