Name of islands in the western pacific

 I live on Guam & noted Dededo for my location it's a densely populated

village. Not the capital.
would you be able change the islands to there names.
Weno to be Chuuk
Garpan to be Saipan
Colonia to be Yap
Melgkeok to be Palau
Elodo to be Fais
South Tarawa to be Kiribati
Palikr to be Pohnpei To name a few.
I often have to zoom in For the Island name
