Changing the Name of Favorite locations

I am preparing for an upcoming trip and am setting Favorites along the route. I would like to change the names of the locations to better suit the moorage and and anchorage we will be staying at.
Is there a way to change the names of Favorite places?

In the list of favorites in the mobile app, swipe the favorite to the left
In the browser version click on the 3 dots
