Feature Request: Option to Disable Color Interpolation (Pixelated/Stepped Mode) for Satellite Infrared

I am a frequent user of the Satellite Infrared layer for tracking tropical cyclones. While the current 'smooth' (interpolated) color blending looks nice, it makes it very difficult to see the exact temperature gradients in the eyewall of a hurricane, which is critical for professional analysis.Please add a toggle switch in the Satellite settings to 'Disable Smoothing' or 'Enable Pixel/Stepped Mode.'
Professional imagery (like CIMSS/University of Wisconsin or Dvorak enhancements) uses raw pixel data. In 'Smooth' mode, the most extreme cloud-top temperatures (the -80°C to -95°C range) get blurred into the surrounding clouds. A 'Pixel' mode would allow us to see
