Add weather model update time in various views

To avoid having to switch view and menus, please add the forecast model update time on all views.

add to next to forecast model name

In the mobile, at the top where the "i" shows for info, just write the moldel name and update date, it avoids a lot of extra taps.

Also, add the same update time in the sounding view.
