Windy bug

Last night a very storm thunderstorm hit my area
But I didn't get any storm alert I have the options on and every required for them fulfilled please try to fix this issue -
@suty also the radar layer is not smooth the storms just jump my suggestion is also to add interpolation I know it is in windy but it happens 1 minute before the new scan so it just look like the storm is moving really fast i know I have mention this before but now it has become a huge issue
